EULAEnd User License AgreementBy downloading and/or installing our Font Software you agree to the following terms:1. You have the right to print the documents using the Font Software on one (1) computer at a single location (unless different, and specified here) in an unlimited quantity/ impression and to (have) duplicate(d) the documents printed as such in an unlimited quantity/impression on paper through photocopy or print. This single computer can be connected to an unlimited number of output devices, such as a laser printer, ink jet printer, an image-setter or a film recorder, but only downloaded to the memory of one (1) (unless different, and specified here) output device (hard disk or RAM) for the purpose of remaining resident in that same device. To use the Font Software on more than one computer a multi-device license upgrade must be purchased according to our multi-device license scale. Each location and/ or entity must purchase a separate license, starting with the first device. You have the right, exclusively for the purpose of protecting the fonts/ data and exclusively for yourself, to make one (back up) copy of the Font Software.2. The digital files downloaded and installed in your computer and the backed up files contain software/data that remain intellectual property owned by The Feliciano Type Foundry. For all Font Software and typefaces covered by this Agreement, the following shall apply: Copyright (c) by Mrio Feliciano. This non-exclusive license grants you certain rights to use the Font Software and is not an agreement for sale of the Font Software or any portion of it. Except for your right to use the Font Software covered by this license, all other rights, title of the Font Software, related trademarks and trade names are owned by The Feliciano Type Foundry. You shall refrain from altering, adapting, editing, modifying, or converting the Font Software covered by this Agreement in any way whatsoever without prior written permission from Feliciano Type Foundry. The Font Software or documentation may not be rented, leased, sub-licensed or lent to another person or entity.3. Feliciano Font software may not be returned or exchanged unless defective. Defective software shall be replaced by the same software if accompanied by the purchase valid receipt and the Feliciano Type Foundry is notified within one week of purchase.4. Any software, EPS file, illustration, or anything derived from Feliciano Font Software must be used according to the original licensing terms. This means, for example, that any modified Feliciano Font, or any outline information derived from any Feliciano Font is still licensed for the same number of devices as the original and may not be sub-licensed, given away, or sold without written permission from the Feliciano Type Foundry.5. Embedding of the Feliciano Font Software in any form is strictly prohibited without an additional license. Embedding the Feliciano Fonts Software in digital documents or in any other form is governed by a separate license agreement. If an embedding license is desired, the licensee must represent and warrant that licensee's encryption of the embedded Feliciano Fonts is secure enough to prevent any access or use by others. For more information regarding an Embedding License contact the Feliciano Type Foundry.6. The Feliciano Font Software is protected under domestic and international trademark and copyright law. You agree to identify the Feliciano fonts by name and credit Feliciano's ownership of the trademarks and copyrights in any design or production credits.7. Mrio Feliciano, The Feliciano Type Foundry cannot be held responsible for any damage caused or supported by the user and/or third party resulting from any misuse of the typefaces and/or the Fonts Software covered by this agreement.8. This Font Software License Agreement is subject and will be interpreted in accordance with the law of Portugal. Any dispute which may arise relating to the existence, making, validity, interpretation, and/or the execution of this contract will take place before the County Court of Lisbon.9. Any violation of the terms of this Agreement shall be cause for termination. In the event of termination, and without limiting any other remedies which may be available against you, you must immediately return the font software to The Feliciano Type Foundry and certify that no copy remains in your, or anyone else's possession.
